Bioactive Properties of Different Parts of Vitis labrusca L. Fruit

چکیده
Vitus labrusca L. is a fragrant grape variety that widely grown in our country and the world. In addition to being consumed as table grape, it also by processing into different products such wine, vinegar, molasses. This fruit its residues, revealed after product, are rich phenolic compounds. The residues of can be evaluated due their bioactive potential. this study, characteristics V. Samsun were investigated. Total phenolic, antioxidative activity properties oleanolic acid levels determined order reveal properties. For purpose, whole fruits, skin, seed parts fruits analyzed separately. It concluded highest values total phenolics (1519.68±280.05 mg kg-1), (351.32±91.42 antioxidant (FRAP: 22.13±6.77 µmol Fe2+g-1) skin fruit. Furthermore, when relationship between natural contents examined, there was negative correlation DPPH reducing value (as EC50). conclusion, considered should for potential Fruits compounds, these compounds mainly concentrated part.
